Sunshine Floors is Connecticut’s best source for wood flooring and associated products. They have a wonderful line of fine wood choices for today’s modern home, commercial buildings and gyms. Sunshine Floors came to us because they wanted a new, responsive website to house 1,000 + products shopping cart. We launched the cart first so that online sales could proceed and then went back to refine the design based upon the preferences of their most discerning customers.

JQLaCorte came to us just before the launch of their new business and asked us to help them develop a website that would appeal to the corporate marketplace. They wanted to convince their visitors that LinkedIn was today’s answer to generating more business. We provided a photographic slideshow that inspired a “growth” theme and technologies that portrayed a unique social media savviness. After launch, we trained JQLaCorte staff to self-update their online schedule of seminars and programs in WordPress and now they love having the ability to do this task quickly, on their own.
Leifer Properties and Roger Leifer have been buying, developing, renovating and leasing commercial office and retail space in Westport, Connecticut since 1978. They specialize in small office suites, medical offices and small retail spaces. Leifer Properties’ commercial spaces are maintained to very high standards and are constantly updated with sustainable, environmentally conscious technologies.
Leifer came to us when the host of their two-year-old website was going out of business and gave them one week to get their site files… or lose them forever. They liked the way their old website looked, but they wanted a more intuitive way to showcase their properties and lease availabilities. They also wanted a local and trustworthy webmaster (that’s us!) and a website design firm they could reach quickly when they needed help. We built them a responsive website that sorted the properties in a way that made it easier for viewers to see what was actually available at the moment… a constantly changing set of properties. After launch we trained their staff to use the WordPress content management system to upload new properties and availabilities, along with their floorplans and photographs.
Nevas, Capasse & Gerard is a law firm in Westport, CT specializing in Real Estate, Estate Planning and Contract Law. Established in 1936, by Leo Nevas and his brother, Nevas, Capasse & Gerard, LLC has remained a fixture in downtown Westport for over 75 years. Leo Nevas, a former Judge, community leader and philanthropist built his firm as a general practice with an emphasis in business, non-profit organizations, real estate, zoning, estate planning and probate matters. Jamie Gerard, the newest partner in the firm, brings flair and solid knowledge of current real estate markets to the mix.
For this law firm, the need for a new website was painfully clear. The old website, built 6 years earlier, had been bombarded by hackers and was visibly disintegrating before their eyes. The firm also had recent partner changes at the top which required new branding and updates throughout. The firm asked us to build them a website that featured their services with dignity and made clear that they were a family firm with traditional values. We worked to bring them up to date with local photography and responsive technology.
John, A.K.A. “The CT Estate Lawyer” has been working his own Estate Law practice for over 30 years. He works with clients to create the best estate plan for them and has represented many executors and trustees, successfully contested wills and trusts. No one knows the dark shadowy realms of death-law like he does, but don’t think his area of expertise characterizes his personality. He’ll always meet you with a joke and a smile.
This well known nonprofit organization based out of Washington, DC. supports the training of midwives in Somaliland and directly helps save the lives of thousands of women and their newborn infants. Their sole mission is to give the women of Somaliland the opportunity for healthy pregnancies and safe childbirths, and to provide all infants with the healthy start they deserve. Edna Adan, the founder of EAHF, was recently named one of the hundred most influential women in Africa’s history.
For this nonprofit, the need for a great website was simple… Demonstrate the problem they are trying to solve, explain their solution and solicit help from their visitors. Fortunately for us, they knew exactly how to do all three. We helped them lay out a compelling story for visitors, built-in a custom volunteer form, and set up an easy-to-use, e-commerce donation system to aid in their fundraising efforts. We’re proud to help the Edna Adan Hospital Foundation broadcast their message and move a bit closer toward their goal.
Sprung from a well established moving company, this new subsidiary of C&O Helpers goes well beyond transporting boxes from one place to another. For those who don’t have time to plan and prepare for a major move, this move management company helps with all of those services that other moving companies can’t provide. Quite literally a full service operation, C&O will analyze every aspect of your belongings, where they need to end up and every minute detail in between.
Some of the unique services they offer are complete sorting, organizing and packing of your stuff before the big move. They will handle all of the hiring, logistics and supervision of fragile items and moving personnel. They will unpack and resettle all of your possessions exactly the way you want them and will even draw up a floor plan design of your new home, complete with a detailed inventory. They’ll even get donate or dispose of anything you no longer need.
The website primarily needed to differentiate C&O Move Management from the dozens of other moving companies in the area. Craig, the hands-on and energetic owner was obviously the major selling point, but more important was his vast experience and his dedication to customer service. The website needed to convey all of the services that the other guys don’t provide in a way that also shows how much work is actually involved in transitioning from one home to another.
Bethel Woods Townhomes, a residential townhome community in Bethel, CT, offers its homeowners very comfortable living areas on a very generous, well landscaped outdoor property. This neighborhood offers all the benefits of a homeowners association, while keeping privacy and living-space a top priority. They are very focused on selling to families and seniors who enjoy country living and historic culture.
This website was the second website we built for Bethel Woods Townhomes. The first website was developed before they had even begun home construction, but as they moved into the selling phase, they began to better understand their target buyers. It was at this point that they asked us to build them a website that would appeal to the demographic most likely to purchase one of their townhomes. The result is an easy-to-navigate, mobile-friendly site that visually showcases the community and its homes.
AMS2 (Alternative Messaging Servers & Solutions) are The Email Migration Experts! They specialize in just one thing, moving massive amounts of email from one place to another. If you’ve ever been annoyed or frustrated by your email, you’re definitely not alone. Everyday, businesses continue to be frustrated by the instability and poor performance of their email, and to make matters worse… moving to another platform is no walk in the park… especially for big companies. AMS2 handles every aspect of transferring every employee’s email to a better, more powerful service.
AMS2 came to us simply looking for a new website. The previous site was a bit old looking and lacked compelling graphics or imagery. We were certainly happy to comply, but we also recommended an overall restructuring of the website, starting with the homepage. By launch, we ended up with one specific page for each of AMS2’s target markets… each of which has a a very different level of understanding of the entire email migration process.
Along the way, we also suggested incorporating an online pricing calculator which would help companies estimate how much their email migration would cost. They (literally) jumped up-and-down over the idea, and today they are the only ones in the industry with such a tool on their website.
Consumers Petroleum has been a serving Connecticut, New York and New Jersey gas stations with petroleum products for nearly 80 years. They are preferred partners of Citgo, Sunoco, Gulf and BP, own and operate more than 15 service stations in tri-state area as well as on the Mass Pike. More recently, they’ve introduced a chain of convenience stores named “Wheels”.
CP came to us to rebuild their corporate website because it had been a few years since the last update. They already had a separate website for the Wheels brand, but they wanted a new online presence to showcase the company and establish interest in their B2B services. They’re primarily involved in petroleum distribution, so that had to take center stage, but they also invest in real estate for their service station division, and needed a way to generate leads from commercial property owners interested in selling.
Our solution, aside from a killer website, was a dynamic form that would allow prospects to submit all of the application information necessary for the specific service(s) that interested them. (Something they used to do by fax, BTW). Our tech savvy team built the form which would launch the appropriate questions based upon the previously gathered information. This form, in essence, helped pre-qualify each potential customer so that the CP sales team could seriously focus on the promising leads.
